I would say almost instantly as it can be quite harsh on your stomach, as to why you would be taking stupid amounts like that im not sure,morphine is a very strong painkiller and thats what it should be used as not as a recreational drug as it can be fatal. I have serious regular shoulder dislocations and am in severe pain almost daily and a 300ml bottle lasts me 3 to 4 weeks normally so taking 250ml in one go is just risking your life dont do it!
