my brother is being kept on disulfiram for deadddiction of alchohole. i want to know that for how long he be kept on disulfiram. our intention is he should e kept for that much long time that here after he should not turn to his old habbit of consuming alchohole.

My suggestion is that he take it for the rest of his life. There is no harm it in. One pill a day sure beats falling off the wagon and losing friends, job, money, family, etc. There is too much to risk, and too much to gain. Stick with what works.
