I have been using xanax about two bars a day. How long will it take for me to be able to pass a urine test? Im about 200lbs. And how do u deal with the withdrawals?

I'm in the same boat I've been taking 4mg xanax a day for 3 months and may have a random anytime now I'm screwed yall think I can get it out in 4 days? And could I die quitting cold turkey?
