How long does it take for Percocet 15's and Percocet 30's take to get out of your system when you take them and you got to take a urine test and one gets sent to a lab and one is where it shows up right away? An answer soon would be nice. Thank you all!

Since Percocet 10mg or Percocet 5mg medication has oxycodone as its active ingredient. It stays in the urination for one to four days. Additionally, it can be found in saliva, within several minutes of a person taking this medication. It can also be detected for up to forty eight hours. Like other opioids, it can also be detected in the hair for around ninety days.

I am currently prescribed percocet by pain management but also supplement with 30mg oxycodone and had to take a urine test. Will they see that I was taking the additional oxycodone or will it not be able to tell the difference between the two, as percocet is oxycodone/acetaminophen?

I took 14 Percocet 10mg within a 4 day period because i have chronic back pain. I'm prescribed hydrocodone 10mg through pain management. Well I have a drug test coming up next Monday. Will these Percocet be out of my system by then? It's Tuesday now and my test is Monday.

If you take one before urine test it show up even if it's sent out to lab its already in the urine at time of sample. It take up to 72hrs leave the system opiates leave your system faster

Dude 3 full clean days for opiates. Test on day four. Be sure to cleanse with alot of water and prepare to pee out of you butt. The diarrea dehydrates the crap out of you so Gatorade, water, and imodium ad are essential. 2-4 imodiums will keep the toilet painting at Bay, then you just have the flu. Be sure to eat and get out and sweat. If you don't flush properly you can fail. I never have. And have done a few... Dozen. Worst case scenario, get some pee cleanser. Drink it. Drink a pint of water right after, drink a pint of water 15 minutes later with some creatine. Creatine will tell the lab if it gets sent to one that your urine is not dilluted. It's a high byproduct of our body and present in our urine. Oh yeah be sure to go to the bathroom at least 2 times before the test and after an hour of starting the cleanse. I do between 2-3 hours and have been golden Everytime. Also a little Gatorade and maybe a red bull after the last water push doesn't hurt. It gives you urine that natural color. Happy hunting. Live free, test clean. Also have great mouth wash product out. Work like a charm

I'm prescribed Norco 10 every 6 hours but took a Percocet two days ago. I then took Norco the next day and I got urine tested today. Will it show up in my test?

Oxycontin 40mg and Oxycodone 15mg both have no Tylenol. But if I take 3 Percocet tablets at 2am in the morning will the Tylenol still be in my system at 2am? I got a urine test tomorrow at 2pm. Please help. I've been through 6 failed lower back operations, have damaged nerves with scar tissue on nerves, 5 deteriorated discs in my upper back, 3 severe multiple bone spurs on my nerves and went to the dentist and was taking antibiotics (amoxicillin) but have not taken the antibiotics in 3 days.

I took 3 10 mg perks on a Saturday and took another 3 on Sunday which is a total of 6. Not the Monday after but the following Monday which wouldve been 8 days later I went to my pain management doctor and passed my drug test. My primary pain medication come out positive (which is good) but the oxy didn't. I drank plenty of water and even went out with some friends and had a few drinks which helped flush my system. It is possible to get them out of your system in a week.
