Oxycodone and its metabolites are mainly excreted in the urine and sweat. Therefore, oxycodone accumulates in patients with renal impairment. Urine sample, tested for oxycodone, will show positive even 3- 4 days after the administration. Know the facts! JS

Hey Rik,
For starters, Vicodin and Tylenol have side effects that are noticeably different. Sooo having said that, if he experienced any kind of euphoria (opiate high) then the chance of it being a OTC pain reliever was slim to none therefore informing his probation officer beforehand is probably the smartest choice. If he didn't notice anything abnormal with the way he felt afterwards then it was probably just a Tylenol and he's got nothing to worry about.....

It's OXYMORPHONE not OXYMORPHINE... IT IS NOT THE SAME STUCTURE AS MORPHINE! It is more structurally similar to oxycodone.

A lot of drug panels as far as opiates only test for morphine codeine, or heroin. You might make sure if u test frequently that way you'll know. You have the right to ask.

Oxycodone and hydrocodone are their OWN individual tests. Drug court uses a standard 5 panel. PcP, marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine (which include ecstasy) opiates (morphine, heroin, codeine). The state won't spend money on standard tests for every prescription..... at least Oklahoma won't lol..........oh and all you people on here that cause drama, go somewhere else.

100% positive- call in sick for at least 3 days n drink a ton of water. Which may make test diluted but would buy him a few more days and keep up water but not as much for second test so it's not diluted but shows that he drinks a lot of water so it doesn't look like he diluted the first test.

On thursday 6/25/15 i took 5 10mg and another 5 10mg that same day -- but i was hurting bad they were my old meds i was sober 50 days but i am not back to sober day 3 but i have a drug test for my suboxone on friday 7/3/15 i should be fine right seeing ive done some exersize -- i pee alot naturally-- drinking alot of water- shakeology-- what u think

I'm sure he's talking about the clinics. As we have done this ourselves. If it's work related you usually get an appt at a clinic. You must show I.D. to take a drug test at those places. They will reschedule fast so it only buys you another day, but sometimes that's all you need. Hope this helps clarify. (:

I was a drug addict pain killers for 13-14 years from dental work. degenerative back pains and an ex pushed me out a window f***ing up my ankle so i had reasons most of the time and just made excuses to get them once i found out my mom needs to get her arm amputated and i was gonna get heroin i knew I NEEDED to be put on suboxone. I slipped twice from severe pain but how dare u pass judgement, ur reply is SOOO DISGUSTING. People here ask questions because sometimes its hard to stay sober. im a full 47 days sober.. if u dont count the few i took for severe pain im 70 days sober. you really should find out WHY the person took the oxy before judging. ur reply made me so sick i wanted to puke. u must be either a grumpy old man who is beyond miserable.... people like u give addicts a worse name. We cannot help addiction, its a disease and we are making STEPS EVERY DAY to become better and we slip up but we don't need mornic i***** like you passing judgements.

I also took oxy last on Sat. I'm at my Drs right now and she will pee test me for opiates morphine method one and any street drugs!!! I have 4 Days so after my test I will let you know if the opiat OXY was positive!!!
