How Long Does Oxy 60 Stay In Your System If I Never Took One Before

I sniffed one oxycontin 60 mg on Thursday and I have a drug test on Tuesday . I do not normally take them at all Nd I way one fifty and am a male how long until the oxy will be out of my system.

If you do not take any more then you should be in the clear. Typically oxycodone is detectable for several days after the last dose. As the other poster said there are alot of variables and it really depends on the person (I am a 28 yr old male and i'm 6'3 220lbs). But coming from a person who has taken alot of urine tests (at least 100 in my life). I can say you should be fine. I have taken at least 2 oc 80s daily for extended periods of time and passed a UA roughly 36 hours later. just make sure you drink plenty of fluids prior to taking test. I usally try to drink at least 2 liters of cranberry juice the night prior. Then the morning of drink at least 1/2 gallon of water and 2 to 3 cups of coffee to keep your urine from being completly clears. Start drinking the water and coffee at least 3 to 4 hours prior to the test so you can urinate several times before taking the test. If you do this I guarentee you'll be fine. The only thing you would have to worry about is if they say your urine is to dilluted, but i've never had anyone say that to me. I have taken UAs for probation, jobs, and for the past year I have been in a suboxone program which test me every wednesday. I use Opana now and I try to not take any past Sunday evening. I do this every week and always pass so you should be fine. The only time i've every failed a UA for opiates is one time a did 2 OC 80mg on monday night then took the UA on Thursday morning. And didn't go through my dilluting process that time. Sorry to ramble but I've stressed out so many times before taking UAs and went online looking for info about how to pass, so just trying to give as much info as possible. But don't stress you'll be good if you drink enough fluids. Good Luck!!!!

So I've been using about 5-6 30mg oxcodone daily for the past year and a half, Iwas forced to quit, I have taken one suboxen and am feeling fine. My last pill was on tuesday night and I have a drug test on monday morning. I'm freaking out. Will I pass? Will the sub show up in the test?

Hello, I took 10 Oxycodone 5mgs on Thurs, Friday I found out I got a long awaited job but will have to piss test probably the following Weds. I wouldnt have taken em if I knew but its too late. Anyways, I'm 5'9" 240lbs and I think I have a slow metabolism being the fat bastid I am. I started drinking lots of water as of Sat and will get some cranberry juice for the next couple days. Its been hot so I been sweating alot. Should I worry? Any advice on those GNC flush drinks?

Thanks for this post. I'm hoping this will help me except one problem is I have taken 60 mg's of oxy for the last 2 days in a row and the 2 days before that I had 30 mg's of vicoden the 1st day and 40 mg's the second so I have had something everyday for the last 4 days and I may have a test at the doctors office tomorrow for a job and I'm really hoping I didn't f*** up. LOL. If so lesson learned I guess. I'm gonna try the diluting process all night tonight and all day tomorrow until it's time to go for the test and hopefully it will help. If not maybe they will ask me to take it again and maybe that will buy me a few days because I'm assuming they will send it to a lab and it will take a day or 2 and I will be good by then. I have taken 30 mg's of oxycodone less than 24 hours before a UA and did not show for opiates but it was a instant ua that they tested the results for it on sight so it may not have been as thorough as a lab tested ua. IDK. I just hope like hell I pass!! LOL

I am about to go to pain center. I have been taking 40 er oxy. How long before this meeting should I be safe? I have planned for a 4 day with nothing and drink cranberry and as much water I can. Plus I take water pill daily. Will I be safe or should I stop sooner. Just to be safe. Please need a for sure answer. I finally got to this pain center after being bed ridden for the last year. I can only move with some help.
