Did you mean Naloxone?
If so, I am really not sure how it would work if you've taken Tramadol, since it is derived from an opiate, but actually doesn't work like one.

Does anyone else have any information on this?
I know you have to be in full withdrawal from regular opiate narcotics, so there isn't a precise time frame, but rather you have to go by when you hit the worst of the withdrawal symptoms.
