A round, yellow tablet with a K on one side and a 4 on the other is a 4mg Dilaudid tablet, which contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, it is a narcotic analgesic.

Like most other narcotics, it can be detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after taking it.
