How Long Does It Take For Opana 40mg To Clear Your System (Page 2)

I have been abusing Opana 40mg each day for 2 months or so. I have recently cut down my intake to a quarter(10mg) every few days. I recently quit for 5 days and then snorted a half (20 mg) on saturday night @ 11 pm. I have a urine analysis on monday @ 3pm. Will it appear on the results? What can i do to ensure that i pass the test? Any help would be much appreciated!!

i have a drug test tomorrow and i did a half of a 40 mg opana last night i aint addicted im jus commited but anyway i hope if i drink water it will clear out quicker. . .escpecially before tomorrow. . .its going to be 2 days before ive done one and will my piss show up postivie for oxymorphine?

If you have been a long-term, frequent user of high amounts, the time it will stay in your system can vary, but it will usually be about 3 to 5 days for a urine test.

As to ensuring that you past the test, there is really no guaranteed way to do that, other than to not use medications that you don't have a prescription for, but increasing fluid intake and adding in some extra exercise may help to increase your metabolism and process it out a little faster.
