I took only one 7.5 lortab and was drug tested. Will it show up in my urine? If so, for how long?

You people saying that one drug will pass for another on a drug screen have no idea what your talking about! Each drug shows up differently due to their make up! Loratab and percocet will not show up the same and same goes for Vicodin. The drug test can and will show each drug you have taken!

Do you want ppl to fail? I hope no one listens to you. If you are on all those meds & they don't show in a urine or blood test you are truely a one in a billion.

i am an opiate addict and can easily eat ten 10mg hydrocodones and not feel a thing really. to be honest, i took ten today, how long or how many half lives would it take for that to be out of my urine? would it be clear if i didnt touch another one for 5 days for a urine test?

I took 10 7.5s hydrocodone on Sunday n 1 today for severe abdominal pain I am prescribed I need to take 2 more throughout the day n I have a urine test on wed morn. I am 5'4' 120 pounds fast metabolism will it show in my urine screen

I took 4 10/325 hydrocodon on a thursday, I go to pain mgmt and recieve oxycodone, on the following tuesday i went for my monthy visit and they were screening everyone that day, I take 4 10/325 oxycodone a day , I was away for the day and forgot my meds but had 4 hydrocodon in my car for this very reason, my pain mgmt can tell if you took oxy or hydro , so i ask if you think after 4 days of not taking the hydros and when i got home i took my oxys as prescribed for the 4 days befor the test do you think they can tell i took the 4 hydros 4 days earlier, i feel like i should have told them but i know how strict they are , i have two failing screws in my knee and finally i am pain free and when i get a little older i will get a knee replacement

First, your dr CAN NOT have you aressted for taking your pills that they prescribed you. 2nd, even if they wanted to check, it would be difficult for them to tell "how" you took them. 3rd, the only thing they could do at WORST is dismiss you. ..DR/PATIENT privileged. ..even if you took someone else's meds, they can't call the police.

No. They are both hydrocodone. Lortab and Vicodin are both brand names for the same drug. ?? I hope this is helpful.

Actually in my system, when it is sent to the lab,some drs are using the urine test then lab testing to make aure your own the proper.dose.Different bodies.metabolize.differently ly, they can not tell. When I took it buthow much is there and what's not aupposed to be, If I don't need it, I don't take it but onthe wek I am supposed to go,.I take as.prescribed for.3-4 days prior.

Yes thank you I have spinal damage from a fall off a roof and see a pain doc for it, I totally agree that the illegal abusers make it harder on us that really need it, I feel like a drug addict every time I go to see my doc because everything is so strict now due to illegal use!

Hello. When you are drug tested with urine, the test looks for a yes/no like pregnancy tests. Your test will be fine. Be careful not following directions if you run out b 4 you're due for a refill you're forced to wait. The pharmacy won't dispense even if the doc gives you a script unless he increases dose or frequency

I know that's right ....I am on disability due to a ruptured disc and permanent nerve damage in my lower back since 2005 and my doctor gave me a chewing today because my last month drug screen was negative :( Didn't understand that at all .....I take my pain meds as needed ....he accused me today of giving my meds away or selling them ...what a joke ! I have to go once a month per my doctor... ..sometimes I don't take a pain pill for a couple days or so and when I don't take them he pulls a pee test ......I tell him that nothing is going to show because I hadn't taken any to give my body a rest from the pain pills ..OMG ... instead of him saying good for you ...he accuses me of selling the foul things ....I have also had multi surgeries on my chest area and I need a pain pill ever so often! But he tries to force me to take 75 pills which is 3 a day which isn't enough to last 30 days I always have xtra ones left over anyways I just don't take them sometimes . And it takes about 2 days for your system to flush out the pain meds ....so that's why I was negative which that was a no no. it's a sad thing when someone dreads going to see their doctor when the doctor accuses you of something your not doing used to didn't b that way ...Good luck guys if you have a good doctor hang on to them. My doctor more concerned about the pain pills than he is me as a patient! I have been walking and lost 7 Pounds on my own ....no congrats from my doctor he was a real butt ! Just Remember guys and gals ....pain pills help but nothing like controlling your pain with self help ....I am learning to do that! God bless and Merry Christmas

You who are abusing drugs that have no prescription are causing us who are in real pain to have to pay more for ours. I have to pay more for the pills plus I have to go once a month to the pain management doctor which cost me more money. And it is not just me but all of us who have to go to pain management to get our pills. So please if you really hurt get a prescription of your own. I understand that you may run out a some point. I've been there. But you that get them from some other person or place think of the trouble you are cause us. It doesn't matter what pill hydrocodone, vidicon, lortab, oxycodone, percocet, oxycotin, etc. Please Stop!!!!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis and have been taking Lauratabs for approx 5 yrs along with mexatrethate and some injections for 20 years. I take l every 8 hrs. And Mexatrethate once a week Recently a law was.passed that you have to hand a written prescription to your pharmacy. My Dr. Went on vacation without leaving me a prescription, and I have been in misery for past week.

Suggestion...if you KNOW you're taking a drug test in 5 days why risk it...isn't that a tad bit stupid. ..if you can't wait maybe you have an addiction issue

I am so with you! I have scoliosis and just to get meds to help with the pain I have to feel like a prisoner every month. having to do urine tests and everytime it shows up perfect cus I don't drink or do drugs. its ridiculous what these junkies out there have done for us legit people.
