How Long Does Hydroco Apap 7 5 500 Tab 10 Stay In Your System

I have a prescription for hydrocodone 7.5 and clonazepam 2mg I go for a drug test tomorrow at a hospital. I really don't want them knowing because I'm afraid they will hold that against me. What should I do. I have not taken anything today and I have been drinking lots and lots of water. Any Advice?

Hydrocodone is usually detectable for approximately 6 days, after last dosing and the Clonazepam for approximately 6 weeks.
