I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up?

for me personaly it does not. im 23 female 5'2 and 145. But that's from Friday at 5 to Monday at 5 which is actually 72 hrs(3 days). But I also drink 1-2 gallons of water a day and exersize intensly during this time/ if its summer I drive around in the car windows up for 20 minutes get all sweaty.

So i use herione on a daily basis. almost everyday. i smoke it and inject it. I'm 225 and 6'0 ft. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR IT TO GET OUT OF MY SYSTEM? IM GONNA BE TAKING A PISS TEST AND A BLOOD TEST. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP LET ME KNOW ASAP PLEASE. I GOT 5 DAYS TIL THE TEST

Does the last dose you take start the 72 hours..i used abt 3 bags all week and did my last 20 bag on Friday at 11am will I pass an urine test on Tuesday at 11am

ive been using for like 3 years and recently went to jail, and for a plea deal I get tested periodically. I haven't been using much since I been out, but used on sunday and have a piss test tomorrow which is Wednesday. ive been drinking mad water and on Sunday I snorted possibly a dime of ok dope. I need help

Heroin gets out of the urine quickly. I get drug tested regularly and have done it Sunday and was clean Tuesday. I had also been doing it for 5 days prior to Sunday. So even with a little built up it gets out quickly. I do alot of research on this and have found studies where ppl who were clean were injected with heroin. And all if them tested clean within 24 hours. I think with the 2000 ng cutoff a one time use is 24hrs and prolonged use is up to 72hrs.

hi my name is shaddywags. i shot up one bag of heroin on saturday around 5pm but had a little bit of suboxone in my system still. i still felt it but not as much as i would have liked to and my drug test is on thursday the folowing week at 2:30pm. i have been drinking a gallon of water a day since i did the herion. will it show up on a drug test when i take the test on thursday? that means it will have been 4 in a half to 5 days since i did it to the time of the test. will it show up on the test?

also i did about 40 dollars of crack on sunday and have a test on thursday. i will be drinking a gallon of water and exercise till i have my urine test on thursday which gives me about 3 to for days till the test. will it show up? i am 5'10 165 pounds and dont have much fat on my body. does that matter? the amount of fat in your body and your body weight.

I doubt this person will ever read this, but for anyone out there going thru a similar experience of trying to deal with chronic pain and the fact that the prescription opiates work less and less the longer you use them....please don't start doing heroin. Not judging. I did. It ruined my life. The herion will stop working to treat the pain too, and much faster.and it will leave you much worse off than you can ever imagine.

Good advice, and soon anesthesia based pain control is the ONLY pain control that will be available anyway. This will suck for those of us who have systemic pain from diseases like MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia and other systemic auto-immune diseases like osteoarthritis that can't be treated with biologic medications like Humira/Adalimumab. Methadone is being phased out and most docs are going to stop prescribing Suboxone and Subutex because it's going generic--er *sardonic cough* the government has placed too many controls on their practice in relation to its use *sardonic cough*. Very soon the only pain medication that isn't a placebo/Antidepressant (for psychosomatic pain--ask ANY doctor to explain the analgesic action of Cymbalta and I guarantee you they can't because IT DOES NOT EXIST except in the mind of the user, and it's just CRIMINAL they get away with advertising it as a pain medication when so many antidepressants lead to suicide in ALL ages including adults who are included in warning labels in places like the UK where medical care is NOT FOR PROFIT). You are correct about pain clinic testing being FAR more sensitive than other testing. I share an apartment with some guys who have friends who only occasionally smoke here and we run air conditioning all summer, and I STILL popped just marginally positive. They are CRAZY sensitive. If you plan eventual surgery bear in mind all those anesthesia based procedures WILL impact the eventual chance of success of your surgical procedure, yet most insurance REQUIRES you to have those procedures done before they will approve surgery--so figure that one out. "Chasing the dragon" is no fun, whether you're here becaue your methadone clinic turned you into MORE of an addict than you were before or because a "pain doctor" took you from subutex (after never abusing ANYTHING but just wanting to avoid narcs) at 16mg per day to NOTHING and you're just checking out your options to avoid suicide as I am, or if you got caught up in something and it got out of control, or if you're just a casual user (in which case I say STOP NOW if you're not in pain because it's SO not worth it because EVERY person I've ever known who has used for any length of time says it take more and more to TRY to get the high you got those first few times and the whole process is just futile and expensive and will make you do things you never thought you'd consider doing in your LIFE...but I'm not here to preach or judge, just offer facts and support). It varies from individual to individual & also on the quality/strength of the substance itself. For example........I have been a regular user of Heroin (smoking/chasing the dragon only, never injecting) since I was 21. I am now 27. During my battle with addiction I have tried to stop by doing a Suboxone detox program, Methadone program & so on. In order to reduce your doze/move onto a detox program, I had to submit opiate free urine drug screens on a regular basis. In this time I was not 100% commited to stop using & continued to use heroin around 3-4 times per week. I then started to realise that I was able to pass drug tests but also use heroin from time to time. I worked out that if I smoked a half gram of H on a Monday, my urine screen would be negative for Opiates on the Friday, a gap of 4 days. However, there have been times where I have smoked it on a Thursday, got tested on the following Tuesday (5 day gap) & tested positive. My advice to anyone who is taking H & subject to regular drug tests is to not take any H for 6 days prior to taking their urine screen. From personal experience, 5 days is usually enough, but to be absolutely safe & guaranteed to pass, wait the 6 days. Any time longer than that and you'll be negative for opiates. You will get a mixed answer between 2/3/4/5 days to be clear, it all depends on your metabolism. However, from personal experiences, 6 days is spot on. For example, taking it on a Saturday, you will be clear for the Friday of the next week. I'm babbling on a bit now so will end it there! Thanks.

I used heroin about a 10 th every two days
I used on Friday at six p.m and I have a drug test on Tuesday at 11 from my doctor

How long after taking heroin is it detectable in your urine? I know that it remains detectable for 4 to 5 days, but I'm interested in how long it takes from the time you take it until it's in your urine. Please help?

Drink water instead of anything else and try to keep salt intake down the day before. The morning of keep drinking water till your urine runs clear. Try to avoid eating as well, all that water may give you watery poop and you don't want to s*** your pants when pissing. If your worried the clear urine will raise a flag then eat a B vitamin with B2 in it or riobivon. Don't go nuts with the vitamins you don't want your piss to look radioactive!!

If you use heroin only once a week and are 200 pounds or less it will be undetectible within 40 to 52 hours. If you are a regular user than it will take 64 to 78 hours to be unavoiable

I have had heroin stay in my system for up to 7 days. It depends on the purity and the type of drug test they use. Some drug tests are more sensitive than others and are able to detect even the smallest amount of opiates/heroin in your urine.

I just did a small line of heroin, I am an athlete with a great motabolism, 5'9 170 very lean and workout a lot. Today is Saturday I did it around 1:00 PM I have a drug test in a couple of days on Monday. If I drink some water and make my urine clear but not totally diluted do you think the heroin will show up? Please answer respectively. Thank you for your input.

Not necessarily...drug test(depending on which one and how good it is) especially the ones you piss in....only test a certain amount of whatever drug in your system I'm going by heroin since that's what I use..the cutoff level of most drug tests that aren't super expensive is 2000 ng/mil...so in theory you could still have it in your blood and system even if you don't pop on a piss test or swab.....and for other people it takes usually 2-3 days without use to get under that cut off...sometime 11/2 if your super lucky and don't use that much...subs don't come up on those tests even though it does have an opiate in there...I'm 6'2" about 220 and did not flush my system and did not work out and used HEAVY about $160-$200 a day of H and only took me 3 days to pass tests...and since I stopped for that long I kept NOT using so I'm clean now for 2 weeks...but I know how it feels to be in withdrawals and all that it sux for the first day and a Half until subs FINALLY started to work then it wasn't that bad for a another two days then after that I haven't felt this good in soo fkn long!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel and if I can do it y'all can..I lost everything!! Family car house all of it...it's a lot harder than people think
