How Long Does Heroin Stay In Your Urine (Page 6) (Top voted first)

I took a half a gram of Heroin on Friday but don't dose regularly. I weigh 157 and am a 5'7 female. If I have a UA on Monday will it show up?

That is not necessarily true heroin n OxyContin show up different on a drug screen

dude - That RIDICULOUSLY long.. it should NEVER take longer than 72 hours to leave your system unless your talking about opiates with longer half lives like methadone - and taken days in a row consistently to build up in your system ... but idk I mean unless your irregularly inactive and have a system equivalent to that of the dead than you really shouldn't have to worry after 72 hours. I think if it's taking up to 9 days its because there's some other factor here not being weighed in...

Ok so i always read up on these and never see any follow ups. I figured i would post one to help other people. I am on probation, if i fail one drug screen im to be arrested and put under a $50,000 bond. I had taken on friday, cocaine & heroin. And then Saturday on the 4th of july i took a half of a subutex. I had a drug test coming up the following Wednesday. I have been super worried. With It being only about 4 days of a time gap. I drank a lot of water the day before, and the day of. A little over a gallon altogether. And drank coffee the morning of along with the water. Today is Wednesday "the day of" i went to see my probation officer at 4pm. I just got back. And am so happy to say i was negative. After sticking the dipstick in my urine and reading the negative results, she said "clean as a wistle." So it is possible people. I am 140 lb female, about 5'6. I used the bathroom a lot starting last night around 8pm till today when i had to see her at 4pm. My pee was very clear but still had a faint yellow tint, i drank a couple bottles of vitamin water to give my body vitamin b12 to help my urine keep some tint of yellow. I hope this helps someone out. I have read so many different comments on several different pages for days. No one ever really posts the out come so i wanted to do so for others looking for some insight. Good luck everyone!

...its been a couple days since i typed this and i wanted to add i know how hard it is to kick addiction, its not even about feeling high anymore, its about not getting sick...and the sickness, the withdrawal is the WORSE thing ive ever felt. I am now on the methadone clinic and it helps SO much. I can go without doing anything and feel fine. I got tired of being sick and going through it, and finally went and got on the clinic, at first i still used some being as i was on such a low dose but now im up a little higher on my dose and i feel fine from not having anything else. I still haven't used since seeing my p.o. i wish u all the best of luck.

I have been doing this for many years heroin matters how much and how often you use if first and foremost. 2nd how your liver is working. Heroin lasts in a persons system between 72 hours and 1 week maximum. The normal person will be clean by the 96th hour. A little longer for people using for a long time without stopping at all or have an active liver disease. This is factual and is correct.

Listen, wannabe expert. Before you post judgmental statements, educate yourself on the DISEASE of addiction. I'm not excusing the behavior, because as addicts, we harm everyone around us, not just ourselves. However, in ACTIVE addiction, the ability to use good judgment, will power, etc is not there (read up on neuroscience for further detail); it literally is, in the diseased brain, about survival, even though there is the threat of losing everything, even our lives. No addict wants to be an addict. It's a wretched disease.

Methadone is nit an opiate, it's a synthetic opiate. Methadone doesn't test positive for opiates on a drug screen it shows up positive for methadone, it has its own category.

OK so if used on Friday morning before 12pm. Stated clean till 12pm on Saturday (24 hrs) 12 pm on Sunday (24 hrs) 12 pm on Monday (24 hrs) and tested at 5pm Monday night (5 hrs) that's 77 hours. Do you think it'll show a negative urine? Thanks. To anyone that has experience with this. THANKS!!!

No it will def. be out of ur system. I've been there done that. In 5 days ur clean from crack which shows up as coke. Herion takes 3 days to get out of ur system. ur good!! Drink a lot of green tea. It helps u pee alot. I have a test friday and i did the same thing yesterday. I will be clean friday. Don't worry ur good. Geese louise rite? like wtf! I'm an adult, i want to do what i wanna do. I'm not hurting anyone.

Depends on how good the H was as well as the tests sensitivity. If its a panel dip test yes you'll pass, but if its a urinalysis done by a lab that actually does a full drug break down you could test dirty for up to 5 days 120hrs if occasional use. If prolonged daily use over a long period of time in large amounts it could in fact take up to 7 days for a lab urine test to be clean.

I'm on methadone but I used last Thursday and today is Friday so it's been 8 days and I was still dirty for heroin. Weird thing is i pissed clean 2 days ago but came up dirty today. Nobody believes me. I'm baffled.

u know i used on saturday and i had appointment on wednesday with my drug worker but when he did the drug test he found out so i think it wil take 6 days to come out of ur system

Ok first I Gotcha on ur 72hr thing makes sence but the water thing Def ain't bulls*** I used to get high up to we'd night drink two gallons water Thursday doing lawn care in summer workin n sweating n passed EVER FRIDAY FOR TWO Month Sony a standard test.. It all depends on body fat amounts of use n excersize n ur megabits now that is a fact

Yes, I think so. I like to give it a FULL 7 days. but you should be good. drink lots of water too. with lemon. (acts as a detoxifier)!
