How long does a 8mg dilaudid pill stay in your urine stream? If the pill was taken approximately 8 days before a urine drugs screen will it show up on the test? I had only taken one or two pills.

How about injecting 60m a day four days? Diludid? I never trusted the 72 hr thing. I learned the hard way. But I was using a lot heavier back then also. In addition does injecting make it stay any longer or shorter in urine?

God i read I lot a bulls*** on this post. For over 20 years I've been taking Dilaudid, OxyContin and hydros. I'm also on a methadone program so I have to do a lot urine tests. What ever you take it's stays in your urine for 3 days. It happened that my test showed clean on the third day but maybe it's because I drink lots of coffee so I piss a lot. But it's a big guess.

Is your test a mouth swab though bc I know they are easy to beat. The urine they run now can pick it up for 9 days in some cases

Most cases it isn't picked up 12 hours later I've noticed, soooo many people at a pain clinic I go to use hydros because its out so quickly.

Hey I use iv 8 mg hydromorphones 2 to 4 times daily. My metabolism is very high and I run a mile 3 to 4 times a week. I also drink a lot of water. If I stopped for a full 7 days before a urynalysis, and tried to flush with water do you think I will pass?

If I did iv dilaudid at 10:30 am then a urine test at 1530, five hours later ..I know I'm screwed . Is it being excreted in urine within five hours to be detected

So am I screwed? Today is wed I took 2 4mg of dilata Saturday morning and took a 12 panel lab drug test Tuesday at 3pm I pushed fluids all day Monday and Tuesday before the test and took cranberry pills. Took 3 at home tests and tested negative am I ok or will I fake?

I can take one the day before and go in and piss clean. Yes 18 hours is possible for SOME OF US. BUT NOT ALL. Generally anything lasts in your system up to 3 days max but I wouldn't suggest doing it again or trying your luck and your best option is to be honest with whoever youre seeing because that really depends.

Your fine. The only thing that stays in your system for 2 weeks are weed and benzos. You were probably clean after 3-4 days.

I did q 8mg dilaudid on Wednesday evening at approx 10 pm intravenously. I will be gettig a blood test done in about one hour. Will that s be traceable in blood work.

It shouldnt be. Dilaudid and many other opiates stay in your urine longer than your blood stream. However some stay in the bloodstream for a long time. Id say youre safe if its been more than 3 days. However I always make sure that it`s been five days of nothing before a known test is coming up.
