Would I be okay for a drug screen if I took Adderall on Sunday and had my drug screen on Friday?

Yes, if it is the standard urine test, drugs are generally out of your system and undetectable in around 24 hours.

Are you taking it by prescription? If so, then you do not need to worry about it, just inform them of this when you go in to have the test done.

Adderall contains mixed amphetamines, so it is very dangerous to take without a doctors supervision.
