How Long Do This Drug Stay In Your System For A Blood Test

I took 4 -5 325 milligram hydrocodone that had an accident about 12 hours after the taking of last one. My blood was taken and I want to know will I test positive or wIll I be over the limit to be considered under the influence. Are also am taking xanax for sleeping 2 milligrams
