Not last night but the night before I licked my finger and dipped it in some MDMA (so really not that much). The next day I worked out for over 3 hours (playing soccer) and drank a ton of water. I had a drug test today... do you think its still in my system?

MDMA is usually detectable for approximately 5 days in a urine test, though it can vary due to your activity levels, fluid intake, metabolism and etc but 5 days is the average for most people.

Really, you might not have even ingested enough for it to be detectable.
