How Long After Taking Subutex Until I Can Feel The Effects Of Lortab

I took half a subutex at 11am this morning and have to work a 10hr overnight shift. I need to know when I can take my lortab 10s before I feel relief? My neck has been broken twice in the past 4yrs. Once from a major car accident and the 2nd time from a domestic assault where my ex REbroke it. I don't have insurance so I have to buy my meds off the st. And CAN'T afford to waste the few tabs I have. Can someone pls give me an answer? Thanks to whoever can help me ;)

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, based on my research it may take 20 - 30 minutes (or longer) for the Lortab to make its way through the blood stream enough for you to start experiencing some relief of pain.

Also, keep in mind that using Subutex (Buprenorphine) together with Lortab (Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone) may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people who take these medications together may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. It's best to avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you. Be sure to tell a doctor or other medical professional about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs.
