Westward 787 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg). This medication is used primarily in the treatment of headaches.

I suffer from migraines, herniation and spurs on my cervical. I have found this blue pill 787 Westward very effective and as studies show this combination has a quality ingredient / analgesic. So for those who have permanent injuries this takes the edge off and can be used effectively and every 4 to 6 hours is effective for a good sized person who has been injured or has injuries that are permanent. It does upset the stomach somewhat so diet is the key. Good luck.
