How Can I Increase My Weight In 10 To 15 Days

I am weak and people try to tease or comment on my lean and thin body. sometimes I feel very tierd.so please give me some tips to increase my weight.

Hi, Patlu! Sorry about the problem that you're having, people can be very cruel.

However, what you really need to do is learn to ignore them and be comfortable with yourself, with who you are and how you are built. That is the only viable solution.

You can't live your life changing something about yourself, every time someone criticizes something.

The best thing you can do is to be the best you can be just as you are.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

I am 25 plus of age and I used to weigh 50kg and within the period of a year or thereabout I lost about 5 to 6 kg.is this somthing I should be worried about?moreso,I want to add weight now what do I do?I live in Nigeria.I also feel weak at times and have a poor eating habit

Drink more water.eat more fruits .avoid junk foods eat minimum 5 to 6 times a day .do exercise regularly. eat chicken mutton .drink dhoor dall podrige .

Do exercise everynight for at least a month or two, trust me it work 100%, I'm 15 years old and was weight 29kg and after a month I was 39kg, now I'm 45kg
