Histal For Respiratory Health

Hi. I have sinusitis and my chest is making it hard for me to breath at times. I also have a stuffy nose, headache and red eyes. Is histal dc good for my condition?

I had a respirtory infection and my doctor give me curam, I'm finshed taking it and and still have a cough and problems breathing when I lie doen or drink something cold, will histal work for this problem
