a friend took 250,000 iu capsules X 9 per day for five days to cure a painful swollen knee ( he could barely walk): after 5 days he was completely back to normal. He was 73 years of age, reasonably fit but carrying old injuries from his professional footballing days. I have taken 2/3 capsules per day for 5 years cured my asthma and consider myself fitter than 90% of my 70 yr. old age group
