Have you consulted a doctor? Have you had a test done to confirm high cholesterol?
The medications that are most commonly used for this are in the Statin class, but in most countries, they require a doctor's prescription, because like any other drug, they do have risks associated with using them.
They can cause side effects, such as: nausea, headache, joint/muscle aches and dizziness.
