Altace contains the active ingredient Ramiprim and I haven't found any problems or interactions listed between it and the antibiotic Azithromycin, though you should always double check this information to be safe.

Since the Azithromycin is an antibiotic, it may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
