I have taken one tablet of hifenac-p at 3pm. Can i take another one right now? I am suffering from a toothache.

I am suffering from sever toothach.i have taken 3 hifenac-p tab and 1 nimesulide-p tab in 24hrs.is there any possibility of hepato or other toxicity?

Hifenac P contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac and 650mgs of Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, these are nonsteroidal anti-inflamatories, used to relieve pain, reduce swelling and fever.

The recommended doage is 1 tablet in the morning and one in the evening, however, you should follow your doctor's instructions.

Some of the most common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and stomach bleeding or ulceration.
