Hidroxocobalamina Tiamina

My father has been taking Hidroxocobalaminia 10,000 (mcg) for his Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) in high dosage to ease his pain, two to three times a week. Are there any dangers in taking such high dosages in such a short period of time?

I am 50 yrs old, female, I have been with neck, shoulder, and back pain (strain) due to a fall, but I think iit got complecated to repetitive use of right hand, typing, use of mouse, lifting things, using the manual hole puncher, and staples remover very, very often. I try not taking medicines, anti-inflamatories like, Tizandine, only when is very necessary. Tramedol cause very bad headache, naucea and I just do not take it. When I went to Mexico my mother ask a nurse to inject me Dolo-Neurobion, the pain went away for 3 days, I felt like new. I asked my dr. here in CA. and said it is not recommended due to side effects in the long run. I want to get rid of this pain at least for some days. Now I have Bedoyecta-Tri, I would like to get one shot per month. It is oK? It cause any side effects? It will damage my body or brain? pls let me know. Thank you.
