I am not finding any matches for this one in any of the prescription medication databases.

It is possibly an over the counter item or a foreign medication.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

it's endep 50mg

This medication appears to be available in Australia and contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline Hydrochloride. It is an antidepressant. You can read more about this medication at:

I found 5 of those ap50 orange six sided tablets in my medicine box and find it now very odd I can't get any true info. I need desperately to know as i have two people who only could have brought them in my home plus i wasn't spiked in my dinner with them. Endep or an illicit drug?!? Please.

As the above people said, its endep 50mg. It is an anti-depressant and it's prescribed by a doctor, usually for depression. This drug can cause serious side effects if you are not prescribed it and take it. It also mixes very bad with certain other anti depressants. They don't make you stoned. If you have any other questions please seek medical advice from a doctor, and I would not take these if I were you.
