i used a 20 bag of heroin on monday at 6pm i have a urine drug test friday morning at 10am i am a 290 lb " female

Yes, I would say start drinking a lot of water and sweat it out! I had used on a sun mid-day an had a Dr. Appt that Fri at 3pm an the metabolite morphine tested positive. I'm 5'10" and 160lbs and the more over weight you are the longer it stays in your system.
