Herniated Disc
UpdatedHI. Disc L1 has been identified as being completely herniated. Some days I cannot get of bed. The opiate laws in Massachusetts makes it virtually impossible to get relief and get to work when I can not get out of bed. I do not want Surgery. Are there other alternatives or pain meds that I can use on a limited basis
