Help With Understanding Script

My Dr. prescibed me Fentanyl 75 X/J patches I don't understand what the X/J means?? Can someone help me out??

Did ever discover what this meant?

The X is often used instead of writing times, for multiplication, such as X3 would be to take it 3 times, but I can't find anything on what the J means.
