Hello, Jo Jo! How are you?
PO Q stands for per orally every, so it is per orally every 12 hours as needed. Some places may also list it as per oral route, every 12 hours, as needed, according the NIH listings.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
Is there anything else I can help with?
