I'm in alot of pain and recently refilled my script for oxy 30s. It came back with a small round pinkish, purple pills. No markings and and a line down one side. seems to have purple speckles on them. I've looked endlessly to figure out what these are. I refuse to take something that I can't look up first. Please help!!!

Hello, Jilly! How are you?

If there are no markings on them, then they are not Oxycodone tablets. All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have imprints on them to enable their identification in case of emergency.

Tablets that are unmarked are usually just over the counter products, of some type.

The FDA classifies Oxycodone as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

If you received these from your pharmacy, then you should return to them and ask them some serious questions.

Is there anything else I can help with?
