Hello, Jake! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having, I know that can be very annoying.
Have you ever been diagnosed with allergies? It may help, if the issue is due to allergies, since this is an antihistamine. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
Are you on any medications?
