Help Finding A Doctor Yo Precribe Methadone

I'm Chris Robert 55-years old, and 25-years ago I was a scaffold builder, I fell 80 feet off my scaffold that's the same as falling from a 6-story building..

Needless to say my injuries were plentiful, I've had surgeries on my back, femur bone, hip bone and also tore my scalp almost completely off from landing face first.

After the fall I had 3-doctors treating me and a physiatrist and rehab.. I even tried going back to work in the office, but I just couldn't do it..

I've tried all kinds of pain meds. but the methadone worked the best after they took the 40mg off the market they were giving me the 10mg and oxycodone 30mg
to help as a break through..

Now I just learned last month my wife of 32yrs. won't make it if she doesn't get a liver transplant fast,,
I've been going with her to her Docs., She has been by my side 100% since the fall.
I don't take any illicit drugs or anything illegal..

I have enough meds to last until Tuesday after that I'm out, Monday I have to go to the Medicaid office by LSU Dr.Levy..
Please help me out

Hey Friends,
I'm from New Orleans LA, and I've been taken methadone for 30-years.
The last 10-years I've been taken the 10mg tablets 4-twice a day..

I take them because of my accident at work, fell 80-feet off a scaffold and 100% disabled..
My pain doctor is no longer around and today Friday the 22nd is my last dose.
If someone would be so kind that might know a doctor that can help me I'd appreciate it.. It seem like I go through this every year or two, for one reason or another the doctor leaves or the clinic shuts down.. I have clean u/a's that isn't the issue..
