The usual dosage for Adults is 1 Capsule every 4-6 hours, and to not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.
If it says you can't take more than 4 capsules within a 24hr period, then in my opinion, taking two capsules at once wouldn't be much different (based on relative dosing and the time gap in between).
For your own safety I wouldn't recommend ignoring those dosing guidelines, because these medications can affect everyone differently.
Have you tried any other allergy medications that might be more effective with a single dose?
