My name is Francis and i reside at league city, Tx. I am 20yrs old and will be 21 in August . I am 163cm and want to increase to 172cm. Please Sir, give me the name of the most active height increasing tablet, tonic or powder that will not depreciate my height after a while and where I can purchase it. I need a permanent 172cm. I'll be most grateful for your assistance.

Hi DBazzy,

If you're looking to gradually increase your height, I think one of the most important things you can do on a daily basis would be to stretch for at least 20 minutes, in order to help improve posture, reach, flexibility, and lumbar strength; which would offer more support to a larger frame.

Now based on your age, it seems you still have at least a few years left to reach your full growth potential. I'm 24 and I'm still noticing signs of growth as well.

With regards to supplements however, some people may recommend growth hormone products, Ecdysterone, Chlorella growth factor, testosterone, or anything else that might give you that extra push during a growth spurt (plenty of vitamins and minerals on a daily basis would also be beneficial). I think the key is to just be consistent with whatever you choose to do and not give up till you reach your goals.

Hope this advice helps!
