Having Periods On My 13th Nevlon Tablet

I started taking Nevlon on april 28th under my doctor's prescription for my irregular periods. It seems like my period has started today on May 11th, even though I am on my 13th tablet. Is it possible or should I talk to my doctor?

Yes, irregular bleeding can be a typical side effect of this medication, according to the NIH, you may also experience, nausea, dizziness, headache, and other PMS-like symptoms.
