I came down with a cold 4 days ago taking cold meds for it .I also came down with a urinary tract infection 2 weeks ago. Saw my urologist Fri. Im taking Nitrofurantoin until the results come back Monday.I also have a hernia up near my ribcage most likely from lifting to heavy of objects when I was working 8 years ago. can I still have a colonoscopy done Monday ?Im afraid that all these issues are getting in the way.

Under these circumstances, I think it would be best to double check with your doctor.
I'm not sure if anything you've been taking would affect the test results, or if taking products to empty your bowel could affect the antibiotic.
Have you called to check, yet?
