If this is still hurting you, my suggestion is to seek out a doctor who treats something called Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. A pain doctor or rheumatologist should be the right doc but you might have to try more than one doctor because it is often misdiagnosed. If you search for it on the web you will learn about it. Good luck.
