I was just told by a costco pharm. that d-amphetamine salt com xr has been discontinued

It hasn't been discontinued, but there is a current supply shortage, reported to the FDA by all manufacturers.

As supplies improve, they are shipping it to various pharmacies on an allocated basis.

In the meantime, the only thing I can suggest is checking with various pharmacies to see which one has it in stock, or talking to your doctor about using an alternative medication in the meantime.

Dextrose-amphetamine salt is not the only ingredient, so even if it was cancelled, which is is not, it wouldn't discontinue Adderall.
