I found this while cleaning. The L on one side is very visible but other side looks like almost the rounded part of a R, P or even top rounded part of a peace sign. Either way it appears to be sideways. Coating is smooth and pill has been broke in half. Anyone know this one??

I'm sorry, but that is very vague, especially if this site doesn't know if the L was by itself, or is there might have been something else with it.
The only suggestion I can make is to dispose of it properly.
Does anyone else have any suggestions of what this might be?
