I received results from a hair follicle drug test and I'm not sure what the levels mean. The test showed positive for expanded opiates, more specifically oxycodone. The level was around 3900 pg/mg. The test was for 90 days. What does this mean about the tested person's drug use?

Without a reference to the actual drug and or chemical found the levels are meaningless.As for an accurate response you'll need to be more specific as to what drug you tested positive for.

I have never used cocaine but tested positive for it in my hair. The levels were cocaine: 3808 pg/mg mg and 698 for benzoylecgonine. I am very alarmed. Could something be medically wrong with me?

Hey, I have an important question. Me and my husband and kids did a hair test for dss. Ours came back negative but our concern is our kids came back negative thc cooh and positive for native thc. My sons was 183.2pg/mg. We would have to be heavy smokers for that to be true. And our daughters was 53.0, still too high... I think they are false and may have been an error bc my kids have never been exposed period at all. My son is 17 months old and my daughter is 3. Cps removed them and placed them with my mom. We are torn. Someone please help explain this bc idk how?

My husband was an occasional medical marijuana user. Usually only 1 or 2 hits ands stops. Averaged a couple times a month. Last used 12/23 and only 2-3 hits. Yesterday 1/12/17 he had to submit hair follicle test. He is bald so they took armpit hair that was only 1/2 in long or shorter. Is it at all possible he might pass?

Search drug test tested levels of 2280 that's what I was using everyday frequently heavy use. Much later I'll take another one when I got levels of 11000 and I have very little usage how is this possible

It really depends on what information you're looking for in response to your question.
For instance, if they haven't been prescribed Oxycodone, so they aren't supposed to be taking it, then the detection of any would be considered a failure of the test.
However, if you're asking what the level means according to the dosage they're taking if it's been prescribed, then only their prescribing doctor can provide you with that information, because there are many factors that go into determining someone's appropriate level.
