Have you consulted your doctor?
There have been many reports of Phentermine causing hair loss and, if it is that severe, you may need to just switch to a different medication.

Some people have had success stopping, or reversing hair loss by using the supplement Biotin, but you do need to check with your doctor first to make sure it is safe for you to do so.
