In December I had half my thyroid removed, what now? Besides recovery from the cancer/not cancer game they did while I was playing the wiating game with the dr's.. Measurements is the stage? who thought this s*** up? It wasn't funny, and I would have prefered straight up answers, from liscenced professionals. Multiple biopsy's ..scared the snot out of us.. over a non functioning enlarged thyroid... calling it a tumor.. glad we kept our business to our selfs..

I'm very sorry for the scares you had to endure, may doctors seem to be fatalists and assume the worst immediately, which isn't always fair to their patients.
Is that just what they're doing for now, checking your thyroid hormone levels regularly?
