How To Use Sartan -ln 40mg ??and Its Sideeffects ???

This is sujana 8 , and I am 44 y old, I am being suffering from B.P since 6-7 years.. I was using OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL SUCCINATE (ER) TABLETS ..WINBP MT50.. I feel somewhat better when I use this.
But now I started using SARTAN-LN .
After using this for the first time I felt so painful in my head,body,and Lowbp ..
Please advice me how to use those tablets and suggest its side effects..

Those can be normal side effects, according to the NIH, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and increased urination.

Why did you switch?
How low is your blood pressure?
Are you on an other medications?

They do not require any different usage than the prior ones you were taking.
