Hiv Patient Needing A Doctor

I'm an HIV patient in my final stages of my disease and have been without a primary care physician since the Covid pandemic began. I'm very concerned to even go outside because of panic of getting infected with Covid now that my immune system is highly compromised. I have Medicare insurance. MetroPlus. I know the names of the medications I was talking. But I need a doctor's prescription who can help me before my health gets worse.
