I'll be honest, I had no idea children were allowed to be prescribed such a horrible drug?
Some precautionary guidelines I just found state the following:
"Giving Roxicodone Oral to a child under 12:
Relative Contraindication: MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO EFFECTS AND ADVERSE CNS EFFECTS, RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION."
Referenced from:

As far as withdrawal effects go, usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them.
In any case though, I think if you were to browse around some of the forums here, you'd find a good amount of information from users with personal experience on this:

You may want to consider posting in one or more of those threads to see what responses you get.
I hope this helps. Best wishes to you and your child!
Ok, by child I don't think she means little kid. If that's the case then you need to bring your child to a hospital. If we are talking a teen, there is only one way to get them off of opiates with out withdrawals and that is a doctor prescribed taper if these drugs were prescribed. If not you could try kratom, but I wouldn't recommend that for a teen, if we are talking am 18 year-old maybe that's different.
