I have been diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica. Why is HCQS 200 mg prescribed for me along with Defcort 6 mg.

i am RA factor postive guy. my anti ccp level is so high that its 154 instead of <15. but my ESR rate is 12 which is normal (5-15 is range), c-reactive protein s <0.6 which is said to be normal, i like to take hcqs 400mg, can i take this medicine, is it steroid if i take for 10 days, will it have very worst effect in future? pls help me

i have a stiff back since last 20 years. I'm hlab 27 positive. i'm now taking Folitrax 7.5 once in a week. But recently another doctor has given of HCQS 200. I'm confused . Please help.
