It's an HIV treatment drug, however it is also used as a PEP drug, which is a preventive drug to be administered within 72 hours of being exposed (or possibly exposed ) to HIV or AIDS during intercourse, so the person the pill possibly belongs to does not necessarily have AIDS/HIV.

Do you have any link to back up what this drug is? What is the source of your information, please? Any help appreciated, especially when others are saying it is "sudafed"!
