Do you sell, or recommend pharmacies that sell, this medication? Does the SA have anything to do with sustained release? I am looking for a non-dye-non-additive medication that is only guai as medication and has as few as possible inert and stabilizer additives, but one that takes 12 hours to be depleted in bloodstream.

In this case the SA stands for sustained action, which is the same as sustained release, or time released.
As to finding one that lasts that long and has as few other ingredients as possible, have you tried asking your local pharmacist? They may be able to help you find one that meets your needs.
